Nessun trasferimento è basato sulle deroghe dell'Art. 49 GDPR.Data transiting to US Google/Apple data centers is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795) and, subordinately, by Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision (EU) 2021/914). No transfer relies on the Art. 49 GDPR derogations.
