I dati che transitano verso i data center US di Google/Apple sono coperti dal EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Decisione di esecuzione (UE) 2023/1795) e, in subordine, dalle Standard Contractual Clauses (Decisione (UE) 2021/914). Nessun trasferimento è basato sulle deroghe dell'Art. 49 GDPR.Data transiting to US Google/Apple data centers is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795) and, subordinately, by Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision (EU) 2021/914). No transfer relies on the Art. 49 GDPR derogations.
